Say what you need. It does the rest.

No forms, no menus, no setup. RemindMe figures out what to create, when to remind, and who needs to know.

Add reminders with just your voice

“Ella has ballet class on Mondays and Thursdays at 5, but this week 4:30, and remind me to bring her cleats.”
One voice note becomes a routine, a schedule change, and a linked prep task - at once.

Mention anyone, everyone gets reminded

Share the mental load instead of carrying it alone. Tag a person or a whole group and the reminder becomes theirs too, firing on their phone at the right time - so you're never the one chasing.

Groups keep everyone in sync

Create a “Family” or “Basketball Team” group. When anyone adds a reminder, the whole group gets it - and others start adding too. You stop being the only one who remembers.

Turn any photo or document into reminders

Snap a party invite, forward a school flyer or a document, and RemindMe reads every detail - date, time, place - and builds the reminders, fully filled in, for you. Done before you'd finish typing it yourself.

Urgent tasks get more nudges

The AI reads how urgent each task is and nudges to match - the more it matters, the more often Auto-nudge brings it back, right up until you mark it done. So you stay on top of what matters most.

From people who stopped holding it all

I just throw in voice notes, screenshots, even photos of school flyers and it figures out when to remind us.
Mark, dad of 2
I used to be the family brain. Now we all are.
Melissa, mom of 3
I used to repeat myself ten times a day. Now everyone gets reminded without me being the nag.
Rachel, mom of 3
For the first time it's not all in my head - I trust RemindMe to hold it and nudge whoever needs it.
Dana, mom of 2
I describe my crazy week in one message and it untangles the whole thing into useful reminders. It's scary good.
Dean, dad of 3

Good to know

How much detail does RemindMe need to set a reminder?

Just speak in natural language and tell it what you want to be reminded about. Give as many details as you want - the AI completes whatever you leave out. For example, if you say “remind me to bring Leo's cleats after school,” it infers the time from what it knows about you and your family - like when school ends that day in your country, timezone and previous reminders.

Is RemindMe free?

Yes - free to download on the App Store, and free to use with generous AI limits. You can always upgrade your plan if you need more.

How does sharing a reminder work?

Type @ and a name from your contacts, or add it to a group like “Family.” It becomes their reminder too - it fires on their phone at the right time, and their whole day's agenda shows on their Lock Screen at a glance.

What kinds of reminders can RemindMe handle?

All of them - and it knows the difference. One-off tasks, calendar events, deadlines it surfaces ahead of time, floating to-dos with no set time that the system automatically reschedules if still active, and routines of any of those. From a single message the AI can set up several at once, add linked prep tasks (like packing the kit the night before), write out checklists on its own - a shopping or packing list - and use what it already knows about your context and preferences to schedule it all.

How does RemindMe make sure I don't forget important things?

Every reminder fires as a notification at the right time. For tasks, RemindMe keeps nudging you - at moments when you can actually get it done - until you mark it complete, and the more urgent it is, the more it nudges. Share it and others get reminded too, so important things never rest on one person's memory.

How does RemindMe reduce mental load?

Remembering everything yourself - every appointment, errand and “don't forget” - is invisible, draining work; it's what people call the mental load. RemindMe takes it off you: dump anything out of your head the moment you think of it, and share it so it's not yours alone. And because others can add reminders straight to you - through a group or directly - even capturing things becomes shared, with your whole circle chipping in.

What makes RemindMe different from Apple Reminders or a to-do app?

Most apps are lists you fill in and check yourself. RemindMe is the only AI-first group reminders app - add one and your whole circle gets it, matched by phone number. It's more like WhatsApp crossed with your calendar: share as easily as a text, and see a clear timeline of what's coming, each reminder carrying everything you'll need (the address, the link, the document you attached). The AI builds it all from a sentence and keeps after it until it's done. See how it compares.

Is my data private?

Yes, your data is your own. Everything is encrypted at rest, your data is never used to train any AI, and you can export or delete your data and account anytime.
